Scott brings over 25 years of Senior Management experience; primarily in the Manufacturing Sector. His passion is continuous improvement, implementing proactive solutions, problem-solving, and servicing key relationships. Scott’s primary role is to anticipate the needs of our partners and figure out how to meet them. He also ensures that our Mission Specialists stay Watchful while on duty, has a legit Meme game, and is the staff resident Podcaster.
David Allred

With over a decade of rich experience in managing IT environments for small and medium-sized businesses, David is equally at home managing teams, solving advanced network issues, or managing projects. David is enthusiastic about developing physical, network, and data security solutions, as well as proactive disaster recovery and business continuity planning. He has 4 kids and is a camping fool. He also fancies himself a baker and is maddeningly specific when answering questions.
Kodie Brunsvik
AI Wizard and Network Engineer
Kodie has built a career supporting a wide range of technical environments, from small business networks to complex systems serving the U.S. military, both at home and in forward‑deployed locations. His background includes working hands‑on with hundreds of businesses to design, support, and modernize their IT systems, always with a focus on reliability, security, and practical solutions. A veteran of the US Marine Corps, and a huge New York Yankees fan. Kodie might also cook you a mean buttered chicken if he likes you enough. He is a dedicated family man, married with three adult daughters. He enjoys spending his free time on the golf course and in the workshop, where woodworking provides both a creative outlet and a welcome change of pace.

With over 25 years of experience in sales and customer service, Summer is basically the air traffic controller of organized chaos. She keeps tickets moving, technicians scheduled, and our clients well informed and well taken care of. She thrives on details, communication, and making sure the right tech gets to the right client at the right time. She’s a proud mom of 3 boys, has an incredible fiancé, and a new puppy. She believes a clean house is like a well-managed service board both are beautiful things.

Mission Specialist / Customer Care
Kyle is our desktop hardware guy, as well as our Service Delivery Helpdesk Specialist. He is passionate about technology and has been a hobbyist since he was a young teen. Kyle listens well and loves to solve any problem thrown at him. He is a fan of music, video gaming, and loves to camp. He is also our resident White hat hacker who designs our Phishing training campaigns to help our partners keep their staff safe in the Cyber Security space. He also likes to take random Amtrak rides with friends because he can!

Arianna really knows all aspects of our bookkeeping and accounting. She is innovative, creative, thorough, and enthusiastic, and has a strong work ethic. Her youthful energy inspires the team daily. She keeps us all on the right track and makes sure that our finances are where they need to be!
She loves to play volleyball, listen to music, and watch Korean Dramas. She has two pugs, and she is a Third Level Excel Wizard! Need an invoice, to pay a bill, or just to say hi? Give her a call! She is super nice and rarely, if ever cracks a Dad joke.

Julio like to play video games and play Soccer. He is a thorough researcher with awesome attention to detail, and he is a key part of our surveillance team that is always watching. He also likes cats and is a doting father to a daughter.

Paul brings extensive experience in network engineering and systems administration to the team, with a deep focus on building secure, resilient infrastructures. Whether he is navigating a complex ISP cutover or configuring next-generation firewalls, Paul is passionate about identifying vulnerabilities and implementing proactive solutions. He loves the challenge of solving technical puzzles and uses his expertise in PowerShell and server management to ensure our partners’ systems are always optimized and redundant.
When he’s not defending networks, you can find him at your local Ramen or Pho place, or diving into a video game. He is also a devoted dad and a daily Wordle enthusiast—just whatever you do, don’t put tomatoes on his sandwich!
