With almost 20 years of experience providing IT services, Jason’s proven track record for building and optimizing relationships helps us have amazingly low client turnover. Jason is also a huge 49ers fan, and is also kinda good at basketball.

Scott brings over 25 years of Senior Management experience; primarily in the Manufacturing Sector. His passion is continuous improvement, implementing proactive solutions, problem-solving, and servicing key relationships. Scott’s primary role is to anticipate the needs of our partners and figure out how to meet them. He also ensures that our Mission Specialists stay Watchful while on duty, has a legit Meme game, and is the staff resident Podcaster.
David Allred
Chief Mission Specialist
With over a decade of rich experience in managing IT environments for small and medium-sized businesses, David is equally at home managing teams, solving advanced network issues, or managing projects. David is enthusiastic about developing physical, network, and data security solutions, as well as proactive disaster recovery and business continuity planning. He has 4 kids and is a camping fool. He also fancies himself a baker and is maddeningly specific when answering questions.
Corbin Brown
Senior Mission Specialist
Loved by our partners, hated by Gremlins and Comcast Tech Support people, Corbin has been supporting networks and systems for nearly 10 years throughout Utah. He brings a vast amount of technical experience from multiple MSP and Corporate environments. Analytical, quiet, and thoughtful, Corbin continually surprises us with his ability to quickly find answers to difficult questions. He has a beard and a cat, loves to play video games, and drives a silver Toyota Camry.
Shannon Kidman
Chief Everything Officer
Shannon has been a part of Vigilant IT from the very start. The CEO of the Kidman family also has her own small business and helps Jason ensure that Vigilant customers get the care they need from our team. She lights up any room she is a part of and is a great team mate!
Rosendo Felix
Mission Specialist
Rosendo is our youngest old IT Soul who loves IT systems and system designs. He is a member of the US Army Reservist, and he has always been passionate about IT. He loves to fix problems, and if one of our Partners needs a new Server, is having database trouble, or just needs help with a Virtual Machine, Rosendo has their backs! Father of 2 daughters, he loves a good gourmet burger, watching movies, and Snowboarding.
Bryan Jeffries
Mission Specialist
Bryan is also a new addition to our team of Watchers. Bryan is a veteran of the IT wars and has been engaged for over a decade. Bryan is a Systems and Networks specialist, and he is a tenacious problem solver. In his non-Watcher time, Bryan enjoys Gaming, Travel, 3D modeling, Photo Processing, and having Guinea Pigs as pets. Bryan is also the teams’ MAC and Documentation Specialist.

Summer ensures that both our awesome clients and also our awesome team of specialists are all happy and in the right place at the right time. Summer always has a smile and brings a sense of calm to the office. She loves to get to know people and has a lot of experience getting things done quickly. She also keeps an eye on Jason and Scott, at least when she can!
Kyle Packer

Kyle is our desktop hardware guy, as well as our Service Delivery Helpdesk Specialist. He is passionate about technology and has been a hobbyist since he was a young teen. Kyle listens well and loves to solve any problem thrown at him. He is a fan of music, video gaming, and loves to camp. He is also our resident White hat hacker who designs our Phishing training campaigns to help our partners keep their staff safe in the Cyber Security space. He also likes to take random Amtrak rides with friends because he can!

She loves to play volleyball, listen to music, and watch Korean Dramas! She has two pugs, and she is a Third Level Excel Wizard! Need an invoice, to pay a bill, or just to say hi? Give her a call! Julio has been helping people sleep better for almost 10 years. Julio ensures that hardware and software are secure and up to date. He loves to help people and solve Cyber Puzzles. Julio like to play video games and play Soccer. He is a thorough researcher with awesome attention to detail, and he is a key part of our surveillance team that is always watching. He also likes cats.
